1. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform me by email within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please see the foot of this page for contact details.

2. All damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of the goods being received. If your goods are damaged, please return them to the address below and a replacement will be sent as soon as the damaged item is received. Please see the foot of this page for contact details.
(All damaged goods that are signed for on delivery with clear indication of damage on the outside of the packaging are not the responsibility of Fake Art nor the shipping company)

Refunds:

A refund will be given strictly at the discretion of myself (Fake). If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me by email within 24 hours of your order received.

Payment Information:

All payments are taken in Euro.

Shipping:

All prints are being sent on a guaranteed priority service within 30 days of the purchase date. The majority of shipping times will be around 7 working days. Fake Art can not take responsibility for third party services and can not guarantee any shipping times.
Lost packages will be replaced by me within 30 working days after the lost package has been proven to be lost.
Fake Art can not take responsibility for incorrect shipping address given by the buyer.

Fake Art can not take responsibility for any goods purchased through galleries or parties other than fakestencils.com. All inquiries and requests need to go through the party responsible.
